At Glamure Oasis, we’re committed to providing a smooth, professional, and relaxing experience for every client. Below is a summary of our policies.

Deposits & Booking

• A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to book and will go toward your service total.
  
• Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking or the appointment may be released.
  

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
  
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% service fee.
  
• No-call/no-shows will be charged a full service fee & may be banned from future bookings.
  
• Only 1 reschedule is allowed per appointment with deposit transer with 24 hour notice.

Lateness

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened to avoid impacting other clients.

Refunds & Payments

• All payments are non-refundable.
  
• If you're unhappy with your results, contact us within 5 days. Corrections are offered at our discretion.

Health & Safety

• Clients showing signs of illness must reschedule. Service will be refused if there are signs of health concerns.

No Guests Policy

• For your safety and comfort, please attend your appointment alone. No children or extra guests are allowed in the studio.

After-Hours Appointments

An enhancement procedure attaching synthetic mink or silk hair fibers individually to the natural lashes using a medical grade adhesive.

Depending on the natural hair growth cycle, 4 - 6 weeks. Refills are recommended for maintenance every 2 - 3 weeks.

Yes! Avoiding oil-based makeup products is recommended.

Avoid:
• Steam (Suanas, cooking)
• Oil-based products
• Picking/ Rubbing
• Extreme Heat (smoking, Ovens)
• Lash curlers

Cleanse your lashes with an eyelash foam cleanser & brush your lashes daily.
Schedule maintenance refills.

A refill is recommended every 2 to 3 weeks.

• Avoid caffeine
