What are Glamure Oasis’s policies?
Client Forms
All clients must complete an intake and consent form prior to any service. These forms are essential for us to understand your needs and ensure your safety. Services cannot be provided without completed forms.
Health & Safety
We follow strict health and hygiene guidelines. If you're feeling unwell, showing symptoms like a fever, cough, rash, or are awaiting COVID-19 test results, please reschedule your appointment. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone services if it's determined that the treatment may not be suitable for you at that time.
Lateness & Additional Fees
If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened depending on our schedule. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled.
Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full service fee, and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% service fee. Booking outside of business hours is available upon request with a $45 additional fee.
Deposits & Booking Requirements
To secure an appointment, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required. This will be applied to your final balance. Deposits must be submitted within 24 hours of booking, or your appointment may be canceled. One reschedule is permitted with 24-hour notice, allowing the deposit to transfer. A card must be kept on file for all bookings.
Refunds & Payments
All payments—initial and final—are non-refundable. If you choose to leave before the service is completed, the remaining balance is still due. Payments can be made via the card on file, cash, or Zelle.
Touch-Ups & Service Adjustments
We offer a complimentary 5-day touch-up window for lash extension services. Clients must contact us within that period to redeem this offer.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time, without explanation.
Rescheduling Appointments
Clients are allowed to reschedule once with their deposit carried over if done at least 24 hours in advance. If a second reschedule is needed, a new deposit will be required to book again. Deposits remain valid for 14 days if applicable.
Appointment Requirements
We are appointment only and do not accept walk-ins. Clients must book through our online scheduling system. If you currently have work from another artist, please book a complimentary lash removal add-on along with your full set.
Cancellation Policies
Appointments may be canceled without penalty if done 24 hours in advance. Repeated cancellations or reschedules (3 or more) will result in restricted self-booking access and require full payment via invoice to rebook.
Loyalty, Rewards, and Promotions
Clients may apply rewards or coupon codes to select services and products. These offers are non-transferable and cannot be combined. There are limits to how much can be redeemed per visit, and loyalty bookings still require a deposit.
Birthday Discounts
To receive a birthday discount, your appointment must be booked within 7 days of your birthdate, and a valid photo ID must be shown.
Minors & Consent
Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a consent form and provide verbal confirmation.
Liability Release
Clients agree to release Glamure Oasis LLC from any responsibility related to service outcomes or allergic reactions.
After-Hours Requests

Security & Monitoring
Our studio is under 24/7 video surveillance to ensure the safety of both clients and staff.
What are eyelash extensions?
An enhancement procedure attaching synthetic mink or silk hair fibers individually to the natural lashes using a medical grade adhesive.
How long do eyelash extensions last?
Depending on the natural hair growth cycle, 4-6 weeks. Refills are recommended for maintenance.
Can I wear makeup with my lashes?
Yes! Avoiding oil-based makeup products is recommended.
How do I take care of my eyelash extensions?
Avoid:
• Steam (Suanas, cooking)
• Oil-based products
• Picking/ Rubbing
• Extreme Heat (smoking, Ovens)
• Lash curlers
Cleanse your lashes with an eyelash foam cleanser & brush your lashes daily.
Schedule maintenance refills.
When should I come in for a refill?
A refill is recommended every 2 to 3 weeks.
How should I prepare for my lash appointment?

- Avoid caffeine
- Avoid wearing eye make up
